RITEMS is conducting a capacity development programme for aspirant candidates

As approved vide letter no. ECB (SEC-21)2018/4652 dated 28th February 2018, Rigsum Institute of Technical Education & Management Studies is conducting a Capacity Development Programme for the aspirant candidates joining 3rd Parliamentary Election 2018 for two weeks extensive training from 19th April 2018 to 3rd May 2018.

The following Contents will be covered during the training period:

1. Writing speeches in Dzongkha.

2. Reading practice in Dzongkha.

3. Brief on traditional Values.

4. Debate in Dzongkha with question answers

Interested aspirant candidates may register with the Institute on or before 15th April 2018.
