Dzongkha Unicode & Official Correspondence Training for Gups and Mangmis

 Rigsum Institute of Technical Education and Management Studies has Successfully Conducted Training on Dzongkha Unicode and Official Correspondence for two Batches of Gups and Mangmis from various Dzongkhags during the months of September and October 2014. We look Forward to Successfully complete the Dzongkha Unicode and Official Correspondence Course for the other Two Batches of Gups and Mangmis in the coming months.
